Shipping policy

We use FedEx & UPS to ship our chairs. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is processed. Name embroidery orders may take an additional 1-2 business days for production. Orders with custom logo embroideries may take an additional 5-7 business days. FedEx/UPS do not accommodate specialized orders. Such as, but not limited to: delivery driver calling ahead prior to delivery, gate codes, and leaving the package at a specific location in or around the home or office. After three delivery attempts the package will be held on the nearest FedEx location where it will be available for pick up. After ten days FedEx/UPS will then return the package to NEEDforSEAT.
