All MAXNOMIC chairs have a sturdy metal frame inside for maximum weight support. With elastic straps in the middle we ensure the highest level of comfort at the same time.
One of the main reasons why our MAXNOMIC chairs are so comfortable is the cold cured, high density foam we used for the backrest and seat bottom. Our cold cured foam is custom molded which guarantees a perfect fit of all foam parts and the metal structure underneath them.
PERFECT FIRMNESS
Our foam has a high density and is fairly firm which is one of the main reasons our customers love our chairs. Against all believes it supports a better blood circulation as the body weight gets distributed more evenly. Spreading out the weight will pressure points from building that would ultimately cut of blood flow and results in an uncomfortable feeling of "unrest".
LONGEVITY OF COLD CURED FOAM
Another advantage of cold cured foam is that it won't get compromised over years of use as it won't lose its shape. With that being said one of the last things you need to worry about is bottoming out your chair. It won't happen!

LUMBAR SUPPORT
All chairs that don't have a built-in lumbar support will also come with a free lumbar cushion.
CUSHION MATERIALS
The headrest pillow is made of a soft luxurious velour with a fiber filling. It has an elastic band with anti-slip coating strip to secure the pillow properly on the top part of the backrest. The pillow is machine washable in cold/warm water and a gentle cycle.
The lumbar cushion is made of the same fluffy velour fabric with a molded cold cure foam filling.
The cover is removable and washable using cold/warm water and a gentle cycle.
CHAIR BASE MATERIAL
Another difference to other office chairs is our chair base which is made of reinforced aluminum instead of cheap plastic. Our aluminum base is not only highly durable but also looks sleek with its gloss black finish.
SIZE
The standard & heavy-duty bases have a diameter of 27.5". Our XL base has a diameter of 31.5".
HEAVY-DUTY UPGRADE
We offer an upgrade option to a heavy-duty base for customers over 220 lbs. Our XL base is a heavy-duty base by default.
DEGREE OF RECLINING
Our ergonomically shaped backrests are also highly adjustable. From a 90 degree upright position, they recline 49 degrees and lean forward approximately 7 degrees – a total of 56 degrees of adjustability.
Combined with the five position tilt-mechanism, this increases to 67 degrees, allowing a relaxing reclined position without the danger of tipping over.
We only use the highest rated quality of all chair parts. Naturally we use reclining mechanisms which are made of thicker metal than most others you'll find on the market.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The top pads of the armrests can be raised or lowered. They can be locked in eight positions between the highest and lowest position.
INSIDE & OUTSIDE ADJUSTMENT
The pads can be moved towards the body, left in center position, or move away from the body to either reduce the distance to the pad or increase it.
SWIVEL PADS
The armrest pads can be swiveled about 11 degrees counterclockwise or clockwise from the center position. This allows perfect adjustments for console players or PC users.

HEAVY-DUTY ONLY
All of our MAXNOMIC® chairs are equipped with a heavy-duty tilt mechanism which provides the highest level of comfort when tilting back and exceptional durability.
The tilt-mechanism has two control levers:
Height-Adjustment:
Freely selective adjustment - approximately 4" (10 cm)
Seat Angle:
Five lockable positions.
With this mechanism the whole chair can be tilted up to 11 degrees! By using the knob under the seat, the amount of back support tension can be adjusted and balanced to the weight of the user.
One of the most important, but often ignored, parts of a chair is the gas lift cylinder – the part that keeps your seat at your chosen height.
We use only CLASS-4 gas lift cylinders for durability and ease of use. Most chair manufacturers usually use class-2 or 3 in order to save cost.in production. Ultimately that will lead to customer having to deal with an unreliable height adjustment and many replacements over time.
Our gas cylinders are extremely strong, long lasting, and support up to 180kg (400 pounds).
