WARRANTY & RETURN POLICIES

All MAXNOMIC® chairs and orginial parts (excluding convention chairs) are covered under warranty for a period of two (2) years. This warranty shall be effective for purchases of MAXNOMIC® products as of the date of delivery. All warranty claims require a video/picture of issues to properly diagnose.

COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

  • Missing parts from the purchased products at the time of delivery.
  • Defects in the manufacturing of materials at the time of delivery such as defects in the functionality of hydraulics, armrests, backrest recliner, casters, and tilt mechanism.
  • Damages occurred through the delivery process.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover the following where permitted under the applicable Federal and State law of the United States of America:

1. Wear and tear of PU leather, including but not limited to cuts, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, pets, or other acts of nature or external causes.

2. Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without written permission of NEEDforSEAT USA.

3. Damage caused to the products during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to the self-assembly manual instructions provided by NEEDforSEAT USA. 

4. Damage caused to the products by using 3rd party, not recommended accessories and parts.

To benefit under this warranty, NEEDforSEAT USA must be notified via chat, contact form or email (support@needforseat.com) of any defect occurred. NEEDforSEAT USA reserves the right to request images or videos of claimed defect in order to resolve the claim properly.

Where NEEDforSEAT USA has determined that a benefit under this warranty may be claimed, the costs incurred in replacing such defective part (including cost of part and postage) shall be borne by NEEDforSEAT USA.

Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only. Any replacement part shall be sent to the shipping address of the original purchaser.

To the extend permitted under the applicable Federal and State law of the United States of America, all parts replaced or repaired under this warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or 30 days, whichever is longer.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We at NEEDforSEAT USA stand behind our products and believe to provide not only the best chair of its kind but also the best experience to our customers!

However, if you still don’t feel completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make sure to make the exchange or return process as convenient as possible for you.

Before considering a return, don’t forget that your MAXNOMIC® chair is covered by our 2-year warranty. Our customer support team will do their best to resolve any issues you could have.

If you still wish to proceed with a return, please make sure to meet the following requirements:

1. Return product within thirty (30) days of delivery date.

2. Repackage product in original box.

3. Product must be in excellent condition.

Return shipping fees will be covered by NEEDforSEAT USA. Returns must be received by warehouse within ten (10) days of return label being sent.

If received outside of this window the return may not be honored. Outside of the continental USA, customers are responsible to pay return shipping. If the requirements are met there are no extra fees involved in the return process (excluding shipping costs). Only if product wasn’t returned in required condition or an exception of the above terms was made, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days after receiving and inspection of returned products. Same payment method used for the purchase of returned product will be used for refund.

All accessories/parts/pillows are not included in our return policy.

*No return or warranty policy for discounted/convention chairs and final sales. Black Friday sales are an exception (they do have a return policy).

Custom embroidered chairs are NOT covered in the 30 day return policy. A custom embroidered chair cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. However, custom embroidered chairs are still covered under the two year warranty for replacement parts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that your order can ONLY be cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped at the time of your cancellation request. You can cancel your order over the phone or through our website.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEEDforSEAT USA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

NEEDforSEAT USA retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
